No outfit posts for a while, sadly. I'm in revision mode for exams which basically means t shirts & trackies while I sit inside all day and study my butt off. My only ventures outside will be to said exams, where I will be dressed boringly in jeans, singlets and cardigans, with maybe the odd hoodie thrown in.
In the mean time, let me take a break from study to post some pictures from Alannah Hill's various collections. I recently discovered AH after moving to Melbourne (designers did not really exist in my small town life back home), and am in love. In my opinion, if Blair Waldorf lived in Australia, she would wear a lot of Alannah Hill. Sadly, I can not afford any of this stuff, but maybe one day when I'm not a poor university student!

we'll rip down all those picture frames
I wore shorts for the first time in months! Yay spring! =] Haha it even looks like a beautiful day in the photos. I drove to uni today for the first time and on the way home managed to get lost by accidentally missing my turn off. Luckily I had a friend with me and a MelWay, or we would have ended up in Listerfield..
I've officially found a replacement for the "Australia Post" style cardigan in the form of this jacket I bought for about $20. Bargain. =] I like rolling up the sleeves boyfriend-blazer style. There's a belt as well but I have tied in the back; it's far too warm to actually use.
I bought a teapot necklace at uni today as well. Gotta love uni markets.

don't stop till you get enough
this dress arrived in the mail last week, and I was a bit unsure about it. I was worried it made me look about 8 years old; obviously I hadn't thought through how such a dress would look on me compared to a model. Haha. But I've decided to just wear it anyway; embrace my inner 8 year old and all.

we lived an adventure
This is yesterday's outfit and was meant to be Thursday's, but I didn't end up leaving the house.
I think I wear this cardigan too much. But I can't help it, it's so damn versatile. I think it looks better with the sleeves pushed up, which is what I did later in the day, but it was cold at the time of taking this picture. =] My sister calls it my Australia Post cardigan, because she claims it looks like it is part of their uniform. But I don't care; it's awesome.
I saw 500 days of summer yesterday and I think it was a bit overrated, but not too bad.
